Day Two

Today was a good day, I stayed the course and am feeling good! I am waiting for the inevitable sugar crash, but usually I would have a headache by now so maybe I will get lucky this time?

Today’s Eats:

B – 2 eggs in butter, 2 slices bacon, onions (fried in ghee the night before), 1 coconut flour muffin (from Balanced Bites‘ 21 Day Sugar Detox)

L – serving Texas Primal Chili (from Mark’s Daily Apple), very small handful pecans

D – Chipotle bowl: steak, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers/onions, guacamole

If I need something else tonight I will have some apple slices in coconut butter

I was considering getting cheese at Chipotle but decided I didn’t need the dairy, and it tasted just as awesome without it!!

Bring it on Day 3 🙂
